This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee designated government contracts by managing catalogs, enhancing product listings, assisting with contract administration, resolving operational challenges, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Take charge of the complete process for integrating new products into assigned contracts.
• Perform market research and analyze competitors to discover potential opportunities for new products.
• Facilitate vendor selection, product onboarding, and updates to the contract catalog.
• Evaluate product performance, pricing, and market trends to optimize revenue and enhance contract competitiveness.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of product, vendor, and pricing data across the assigned contracts.
• Revise pricing, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Terms & Conditions, and performance metrics as necessary.
• Track contract performance and identify any compliance or operational risks.
• Act as the main point of contact for standard contract administration queries.
• Elevate complex contract matters to senior team members when appropriate.
• Handle contract requests, tickets, and operational tasks until completion.
• Address routine contract issues and conduct quality assurance checks.
• Achieve departmental targets for productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
• Engage in team meetings and share ideas for ongoing improvement.
• Recognize process inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to operations.
• Collaborate across functions to support business goals and customer requirements.
• Provide knowledge sharing and support to colleagues as needed.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, supply chain, operations, data analytics, or a similar business function.
• Proven experience managing extensive datasets, catalogs, pricing, or product information with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and provide informed recommendations.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and other business applications for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset geared towards continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Capability to work independently, take initiative, and use sound judgment in resolving issues.
• Availability to work during core business hours of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PST.
• Enthusiasm for remote work and effective collaboration with a distributed team.
• Reliable home internet connection with a speed of at least 25MBPS.
