This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Abstract and enter essential data into the contract management system.
• Oversee the onboarding process for landlords and vendors, which includes documentation and entry into the ticketing system.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate contract execution and resolve issues.
• Conduct monthly reviews, audits, and manage the processing of contractual payment obligations.
• Supervise purchase order processing and payment requests, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
• Address and resolve inquiries from both internal and external sources regarding payments, vendor onboarding, and contractual commitments.
• Keep track of critical dates related to contract renewals and terminations, taking appropriate actions.
• Perform administrative duties and contribute to special projects as needed.
• Manage fiber contracts for a key client and maintain the client's engagement in contractual matters.
• Ensure that agreements comply with legal standards, enhance contractual management systems, preserve data accuracy, and foster vendor relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or lease administration.
• Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or facilities management sectors.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong knowledge of lease or contract accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Tango software and Zendesk is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
