📋 Description

• Take charge of monthly investor insights that clarify significant market developments and their implications.

• Create client-ready due diligence questionnaires along with various investment documents.

• Generate general advice and financial planning content for the advisory hub.

• Compose timely communications for wealth management clients in reaction to market changes or events.

• Investigate new subjects and market trends, transforming them into unique insights.

• Apply editorial discretion by choosing pertinent topics and distinguishing valuable information from the irrelevant.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance and refine standard content while maintaining ownership of core ideas, structure, and arguments.

• Collaborate with the investment team and cross-functional editorial groups.

• Maintain engagement with market dynamics, client needs, and Wealthsimple's clientele.

• Possess a solid understanding of investment principles and portfolio concepts.

• Demonstrate financial literacy in financial planning concepts.

• Exhibit a strong capability to produce clear and engaging client-ready content.

• Foster a curious and research-oriented approach to synthesizing complex ideas.

• Display editorial judgment in structuring and shaping arguments.

• Maintain current knowledge of financial markets.

• Consistently deliver high-quality content on schedule with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with Canadian wealth management, financial planning, or retail investment products is a plus.

• An existing portfolio of published financial writing that showcases investment thinking and editorial style is advantageous.

• Must possess legal eligibility to work in Canada.

• Must be a permanent resident of Canada.
