This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• The Content Specialist plays a key role in delivering tailored pre-sales presentations in partnership with sales colleagues.

• Planning presentations is also a fundamental aspect of the CS position.

• This presentation work is enriched through discussions with customers to gather insights for a highly content-connected solution for all clients.

• Conduct pre-sales webinars that cater to both customer and sales requirements, supporting National PPC sales.

• Provide live pre-sales customer presentations specifically customized to meet the needs of customers and sales in high-revenue accounts.

• Produce Camtasia videos for Request For Product (RFP) submissions, sales prospects, and pilot programs.

• Conduct Getting Started training sessions that support Services partners.

• Collaborate with the Account Executive in pre-sales conversations with customers to explore solution opportunities, recommending both programs and services.

• Acquire knowledge in two or more content areas as requested.

• Utilize Salesforce, Outlook, evaluations, and reports as necessary.

• Showcase a solid understanding of assigned disciplines, including core, supplemental, and intervention products, along with the technology associated with them.

• Tailor the sales message with an awareness of customer needs, campaign challenges, and competitive insights.

• Adapt presentations based on the audience's needs and feedback.

• Address customer inquiries and manage objections effectively.

• Exhibit product knowledge to position offerings in a manner that highlights product strengths while addressing market trends, curriculum issues, and customer requirements.

• Relay information regarding customer needs to the Account Executive and Manager to leverage sales opportunities and effectively position products.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Graduate Degree preferred.

• Bilingual capabilities are highly beneficial.

• A minimum of five years of K-12 teaching experience in a relevant subject area is required.

• A background in ELA is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication skills are essential.

• Strong and persuasive presentation abilities are required.

• Proficiency in digital tools and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and Camtasia are necessary.

• Excellent collaboration skills are a must.

• Highly organized with the capability to translate strategies into actionable results.

• Must live near a major airport.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.

• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
