This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review, organize, and curate video content across various categories, genres, and regional highlights (e.g., holidays, cultural events, family/kids' content) utilizing internal content management systems.
• Conduct audits on video content, metadata, and datasets to pinpoint quality or classification issues, implementing direct fixes or documenting discrepancies according to established scoring standards.
• Develop and sustain content repositories, ensuring precise taxonomy, metadata, and alignment with internal systems and programming guidelines.
• Examine audience behavior, video/channel performance, and industry trends (both qualitative and quantitative) to guide programming strategies and product enhancements.
• Assist with significant programming initiatives, highlight programs, and audience-engagement campaigns as defined by Project Managers.
• Monitor recurring quality trends and data gaps to suggest process improvements and optimization strategies.
• Document workflows, best practices, and insights to create team knowledge bases and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to align on programming priorities, manage deadlines, and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
• Review lists and datasets as necessary to support broader business and operational objectives.
• MUST HAVE NATIVE LEVEL FLUENCY IN FRENCH AND/OR GERMAN
• Intermediate level fluency in French (if native German speaker) or German (if native French speaker)
• Previous experience in content quality review, content operations, content moderation, digital media, video programming, or a related field.
• Experience in evaluating digital or video content against specified quality standards and identifying content or data issues.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of content and data.
• Capability to analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while also effectively collaborating as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal tools, systems, and processes.
