Content Producer, Paid Social, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Create performance-oriented content for paid social media.

• Develop short-form videos and static assets aimed at driving conversions.

• Initially concentrate on Meta, with plans to expand to additional platforms over time.

• Establish a reliable creative workflow.

• Provide a consistent stream of new content on a weekly basis.

• Generate variations in hooks, formats, angles, and messaging.

• Refine content based on performance analytics.

• Collaborate with the growth team to gain insights into successful strategies.

• Continuously enhance content based on outcomes rather than subjective opinions.

• Manage the entire production process from start to finish.

• Involve in ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and preparing content for publication.

• Participate both in front of and behind the camera as necessary.

• Contribute to the overall creative strategy.

• Introduce ideas, formats, and trends to the organization.

• Help define how our brands present themselves across paid channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in paid social or performance content, preferably within DTC, ecommerce, or digital-first brands.

• Strong grasp of performance drivers including hooks, pacing, storytelling, CTAs, and platform-specific formats.

• Proficient in video production and editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and able to present naturally in short-form videos.

• High output and execution-oriented mindset, with a passion for producing, testing, and iterating swiftly.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple content pieces simultaneously.
