• Oversee the comprehensive publishing process for all video content, which includes managing metadata, subtitles, audio tracks, thumbnails, and related assets.
• Ensure that content is accurate, complete, and published on time across all platforms.
• Uphold high standards for the quality, consistency, and completeness of metadata.
• Manage content updates, corrections, and re-publishing as necessary.
• Take ownership of the creation, organization, and continuous management of content rails within the application.
• Work collaboratively with product and marketing teams to enhance content placement and discoverability.
• Collaborate closely with localization, QA, product, and engineering teams to guarantee content readiness and quality.
• Oversee content scheduling, including determining publish and unpublish timings.
• 4–6 years of experience in content operations, digital publishing, or similar roles.
• Proven experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing workflows.
• Strong knowledge of metadata structures, content organization, and taxonomy.
• Familiarity with video platforms, streaming workflows, and asset management.
• Ability to manage complex operational processes across various platforms.
• Experience with mobile, web, and/or connected TV platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
