Content Moderator, Native Spanish Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Review, evaluate, and apply relevant codes to user-generated text, images, and videos in a queue environment.

• Analyze performance feedback to reduce coding inaccuracies and achieve or surpass performance metrics.

• Participate in scheduled and as-required one-on-one coaching sessions.

• Maintain communication on days not assigned to work.

• Work between 16 and 29 hours each week, depending on content volume.

• Utilize Google Applications, Slack, online communication platforms, and forums to manage performance expectations.

• Engage in occasional special projects in both English and Spanish.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on colleagues' and machine-moderated content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent international credential.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish.

• Must reside in and have authorization to work in the United States.

• Required to live in Texas, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, or Ohio.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced office setting.

• Capability to quickly read, understand, and evaluate content while making immediate decisions.

• Comfortable with learning and utilizing new web-based applications and tools.

• Ability to actively engage with team members in a remote work environment.

• Dedication to taking ownership of job performance and achieving or exceeding benchmarks and metrics.

• Availability for a semi-flexible weekly schedule of 16–29 hours, including four hours on weekends.

• Willingness to perform quality assurance checks on colleagues' and machine-moderated content.

• A computer with an up-to-date operating system, a current smartphone, reliable high-speed Internet, and a well-equipped home office.
