Content Moderator, Bilingual English/Italian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, interpret, and implement relevant codes for user-generated text, images, and videos within a queue setting.

• Analyze performance feedback to reduce coding mistakes and achieve or surpass performance goals.

• Participate in scheduled and on-demand one-on-one coaching sessions.

• Check in on non-working days.

• Work between 16 and 29 hours weekly depending on content demand.

• Utilize Google Mail, Calendar, Meet, Sheets, Docs, Slack, and forums to manage performance expectations.

• Engage in occasional special projects in both English and Italian.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of colleagues’ and machine-moderated content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent international qualification, or over 7 years of professional content moderation experience.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Proficient in Italian at a professional level.

• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must live in Texas, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, or Ohio.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dynamic office environment.

• Ability to quickly read, understand, and evaluate content, making immediate decisions.

• Comfortable with learning and using new web-based applications and tools.

• Ability to actively engage with team members in a remote setting.

• Dedicated to meeting or exceeding performance standards and metrics.

• Availability for a semi-flexible weekly schedule of 16–29 hours, including 4 hours on weekends.

• Willingness to conduct quality assurance checks on colleagues’ and machine-moderated content.

• A computer with an up-to-date operating system, a current smartphone, reliable high-speed Internet, and a functional home office setup.
