Content Moderator, Bilingual English/French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, analyze, and implement relevant codes on user-generated content in text, image, and video formats.

• Maintain a consistent and efficient workflow in a queue-based environment.

• Review feedback on performance to reduce coding mistakes and strive to meet or surpass performance targets.

• Participate in scheduled and essential one-on-one coaching sessions.

• Check in on non-working days.

• Work between 16 and 29 hours weekly, depending on content volume.

• Utilize Google Applications, Slack, online communication tools, and forums to manage performance expectations.

• Engage in occasional special projects in both English and French.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on colleagues' and machine-moderated content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent international qualification, or over 7 years of professional experience in content moderation.

• Professional working proficiency in English and advanced proficiency in French, both written and spoken.

• Must reside in and have the authorization to work in the United States.

• Must live in Texas, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, or Ohio.

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced office setting.

• Ability to quickly read, understand, and evaluate content while making immediate decisions.

• Comfortable learning and using new web-based applications and tools.

• Capability to actively connect with team members in a remote setting.

• Commitment to taking responsibility for job performance and achieving or surpassing performance benchmarks and metrics.

• Availability for a semi-flexible weekly schedule of 16–29 hours, including 4 weekend hours from Saturday 12:01 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM.

• Willingness to perform quality assurance checks on colleagues' and machine-moderated content.

• A computer with an updated operating system, a current smartphone, reliable high-speed Internet, and a fully equipped home office.
