Content Moderator, Bilingual English/Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and consistently operate in a queue environment to review, evaluate, and implement relevant codes on user-generated content, including text, images, and videos.

• Frequently assess performance feedback to reduce coding mistakes and meet or surpass performance standards.

• Participate in scheduled as well as on-demand one-on-one coaching sessions.

• Stay connected on days when not scheduled to work.

• Work between 16 and 29 hours weekly, depending on content volume.

• Utilize Google Applications, Slack, online communication tools, and forums to independently manage performance expectations.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on content moderated by teammates and machines.

• Engage in occasional special projects in both English and Dutch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent international qualification, or over 7 years of professional experience in content moderation.

• Professional working proficiency in English and advanced-level proficiency in Dutch.

• Must reside in the U.S. and possess authorization to work here.

• Candidates must live in TX, AR, FL, GA, IL, NC, or OH; TX is the preferred state.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced office setting.

• Ability to quickly read, understand, and evaluate content while making prompt decisions.

• Comfort and proficiency in learning and utilizing new web-based applications and tools.

• Capacity to actively engage with colleagues in a remote working environment.

• Dedication to achieving or exceeding performance benchmarks and metrics.

• Availability for a semi-flexible schedule of 16–29 hours per week, including 4 weekend hours between Saturday 12:01 AM and Sunday 11:59 PM.

• Willingness to perform quality assurance checks on the content moderated by teammates and machines.

• A computer with an up-to-date operating system, a modern smartphone, reliable high-speed internet, and a fully functional home office setup.
