Content Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and contribute to content marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

• Perform continuous keyword research and explore new keyword opportunities.

• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO).

• Research and implement content recommendations to ensure organic SEO success.

• Understand the industries of clients and the tone desired for their audiences.

• Create and repurpose high-quality content that attracts, informs, and engages audiences while promoting the brand.

• Write and edit various materials including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, one-pagers, landing pages, and emails.

• Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines.

• Collaborate with the visual design team to ensure content aligns with visual elements.

• Promote and curate content on social media platforms.

• Manage and utilize marketing technologies and platforms such as WordPress, WPBakery/Elementor, SEMrush, and MOZ.

• Consistently meet or exceed the monthly targets set by the supervisor.

• Follow training and direction from management.

• Adhere to company policies and values.

• Work collaboratively and represent EBQ in a professional manner to clients.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Proven experience in content marketing or copywriting.

• BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, PR, or Communications; equivalent work experience will also be considered.

• Demonstrated ability to create content in various formats.

• Experience collaborating with other marketers in a team setting.

• Familiarity with SEO practices.

• Knowledge of SEM in relation to PPC campaigns.

• Process-oriented approach.

• No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

• Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including the occasional lifting of 15 pounds.
