Content Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a content strategy across both B2C and B2B channels.

• Create, curate, and disseminate engaging content across various platforms.

• Produce original content for social media, blogs, press releases, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.

• Manage and enhance social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.

• Schedule posts, monitor engagement levels, and respond to comments and messages.

• Write, edit, and publish blog posts that resonate with the brand voice and target audience.

• Conduct keyword research to optimize blog content for search engine optimization (SEO).

• Draft press releases to promote company news, product launches, and events.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategies that align with marketing objectives.

• Track and analyze metrics related to content performance.

• Provide reports and insights to enhance content strategy and boost engagement.

• Work closely with graphic design, business development, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding sensitive information.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Exceptional writing skills in English with a keen attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

• Proficient in social media platforms and management tools for social media/blogs.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization methods.

• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva.

• Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus.

• Bilingual in Spanish and/or English is an advantage.
