Content Marketing Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of email marketing campaigns, flows, and the growth of the newsletter list.

• Create compelling ad-copy angles, hooks, and headlines for paid advertising campaigns.

• Compose website content for product pages, landing pages, and conversion-oriented materials.

• Define and uphold the brand's voice and messaging.

• Contribute to brand growth and refine its positioning through messaging, angles, and innovative campaign concepts.

• Assess revenue, conversion rates, average order value, repeat purchases, and campaign effectiveness to inform content strategies.

• Work closely with marketing, design, product, and development teams.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance content production while ensuring high quality.

• Implement SEO and GEO best practices.

• For full-time roles, oversee the entire social media content creation process from ideation to shooting and editing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native German speaker with impeccable grammar and strong tonal instincts.

• Minimum of 1 year of content marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sectors.

• Ability to identify effective advertising and newsletter content while staying informed about current content trends.

• Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance, discern effective strategies, formulate hypotheses, and revise copy accordingly.

• Proven proficiency in AI with tangible examples demonstrating improvements in speed and quality.

• Ownership mentality with the capability to establish and meet deadlines independently.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and action-driven.

• Strong, proactive communication abilities.

• Evidence of execution through writing samples, campaigns, projects, or brand initiatives.

• Familiarity with email CRMs like Klaviyo or similar platforms is preferred.

• Previous experience with SEO/GEO practices is a plus.

• Basic skills in content production, including shooting and editing, are preferred.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 level.
