This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Convert campaign strategy into an editorial and content calendar for webinars, virtual summits, videos, and web/blog content, utilizing performance data to inform future developments.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to effectively communicate positioning, messaging, and value propositions through engaging content.
• Work alongside internal teams, including Education and Creative, to facilitate content production.
• Gradually take more responsibility for writing blogs and content assets directly, collaborating with the copywriter and integrating strategic messaging from Education and Product Marketing.
• Manage the playbooks and overall administration of webinars and demos, which includes topic selection, format, production quality, and the creation of presentation decks.
• Provide content and messaging guidance to the Associate Content Manager, who oversees the daily social execution and the social calendar.
• Develop a consistent approach to localizing campaign content for specific target accounts and states, aligning with the Campaign strategy.
• Monitor overall content performance and correlate it with campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with channel owners to ensure that content aligns with distribution, campaign requirements, and performance objectives.
• 4-7 years of experience in content marketing, digital content, or integrated marketing, with substantial hands-on writing and production experience beyond just planning or oversight.
• Proven experience in developing and executing a content calendar that aligns with business priorities and campaign objectives.
• Highly organized with a demonstrated history of producing content across various formats: written, webinar, video, and web.
• Experience in complex B2B environments with multi-stakeholder audiences and extended buying cycles.
• Preference for candidates with education sector and/or EdTech experience, particularly with knowledge of public school, Head Start, and private childcare audiences.
• Significant experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Education, and Creative teams.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a knack for making intricate ideas clear, relevant, and engaging.
• Familiarity with web content practices, SEO fundamentals, and performance measurement techniques.
• An interest in exploring how AI and new tools can enhance content production while maintaining quality and voice.
• Comfortable being both a hands-on producer and a planner, given the expected volume of content to be developed directly.
• Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating across cross-functional teams without having direct authority over them.
