Content Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create feature communications and implement them in email sequences, along with engaging landing page copy.

• Evaluate target audiences and competitors to consistently enhance the customer journey.

• Develop scalable AI-driven processes for text generation, A/B testing variations, and audience personalization.

• Identify suitable use cases for AI automation and human intervention.

• Assist in scaling content and managing content production efforts.

• Craft psychologically informed ad copy and performance-oriented text that delivers measurable outcomes.

• Report directly to the Team Lead for Online Marketing.

• Collaborate closely with a five-member marketing team and the product team.

• Several years of experience in online marketing with an emphasis on content and funnels, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth setting.

• Strong understanding of conversion psychology, audience analysis, and effective copywriting.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Jasper.

• Expertise in prompt engineering to consistently achieve high-quality outputs.

• Capability to establish scalable, quality-focused AI-driven workflows.

• Organized and self-directed working style.

• Quick to learn new concepts and tools.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
