Content Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of freelance writers, agency collaborators, and internal partners to ensure timely completion of high-value content projects.

• Manage customer narratives in both written and video formats.

• Oversee the production of blog articles, ebooks, and long-form content.

• Craft short-form copy for digital advertisements and email campaigns.

• Review and refine content to ensure consistency with brand voice, messaging, and quality benchmarks.

• Evaluate content briefs and propose enhancements to improve quality.

• Direct the North America Customer Story initiative, which includes promotion, customer interviews, follow-up reviews, and final approvals.

• Analyze content performance metrics and recommend enhancements.

• Propose content additions or adjustments to boost campaign effectiveness.

• Organize and prioritize tasks in alignment with corporate and team goals.

• Track and report on metrics related to customer stories, engagement, and traffic.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial leadership.

• Demonstrated experience managing diverse content types (case studies, blogs, whitepapers/ebooks, bylines).

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to navigate overlapping deadlines and stakeholder needs.

• Experience overseeing freelance writers or agency collaborations.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Proficient knowledge of SEO and strategies for optimizing content performance.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with project management software.

• Candidates must reside in either the East or Central regions of the USA.
