Content Manager – Content Quality Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee the production of content for client campaigns

• Review articles for quality and ensure they are ready for publication

• Collaborate with writers to enhance the quality, structure, tone, and accuracy of content

• Assist in assigning content tasks and coordinating deadlines

• Provide support in publishing content on company-owned websites

• Upload and format articles using CMS platforms like WordPress

• Aid in the management and publication of guest posts and content placements

• Confirm that content aligns with client expectations and publisher standards

• Experiment with innovative methods for content creation and quality enhancement

• Investigate the efficient use of AI tools while ensuring high-quality, authentic content

• Enhance and humanize AI-assisted content

• Collaborate with the development team to refine and automate content assignment, QA, and publishing processes

• Minimize manual tasks through improved processes and automation

• Elevate content quality and enhance client content delivery

• Effectively manage multilingual writers

• Facilitate the publication of more high-quality content at scale

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English is mandatory

• Bilingual or trilingual, with strong skills in at least one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, or Italian

• Background in content management, editing, SEO content, or publishing

• Solid understanding of SEO and content marketing principles

• Experience working with freelance writers and multilingual content

• Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress

• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for content creation and editing

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and enhance current processes

• Additional European languages are advantageous

• Experience in link building or digital PR is a plus

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush is a plus

• Experience with content automation is a plus

• Proficient in Google Sheets and reporting is a plus

• Experience collaborating with developers to optimize workflows is a plus

• Background in managing multilingual content campaigns is a plus
