This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Ashby’s Talent Trends strategy, transforming it into a key content pillar.
• Establish the editorial direction and pinpoint essential questions for recruiting leaders.
• Innovate various content formats, deepen insights, adjust cadence, and enhance storytelling.
• Act as the public representative of Talent Trends by articulating findings, moderating discussions, and showcasing Ashby in reports, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Facilitate collaboration among Data, Design, Leadership, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and website teams.
• Align stakeholders, make decisions on scope, and guarantee that deliverables meet clarity, impact, and brand alignment standards.
• Identify expert customers and integrate their voices into reports and live events.
• Customize Talent Trends insights for specific customers and prospects.
• Advocate for high-quality design, insight development, distribution, and multimedia storytelling.
• Ensure a consistent Talent Trends brand across reports, events, videos, personalized campaigns, and the website.
• Oversee copy and operational execution for social media, landing pages, emails, and other content channels.
• Manage independent deadlines and direction in a low-meeting, high-ownership culture.
• Acquire knowledge of the Ashby SaaS platform and deliver confident sales demonstrations.
• At least 12 years in the content industry is noted in the hiring manager’s background, but there is no stated minimum experience requirement for applicants.
• Proven experience in strategic content marketing and ownership of content programs.
• Ability to craft data-driven narratives and simplify complex findings into clear stories.
• Excellent writing capabilities with proficiency in producing copy for social media, landing pages, emails, and other channels.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership across Data, Design, Leadership/Executives, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and website teams.
• Comfort in moderating panels and publicly speaking on stage, on camera, and in front of customers.
• Ability to work autonomously in a low-meeting, high-ownership setting.
• Eagerness and ability to learn SaaS products and gain sufficient knowledge of the Ashby platform to confidently conduct sales demos.
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end operational tasks for content programs.
• Curiosity about data and engagement with the analysis behind reports.
• Comfort in developing an external voice and representing a brand in public.
• Willingness to explore beyond established content strategies.
