This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Create, develop, and refine platforms for content governance, anti-abuse mechanisms, and tools for content operations.
β’ Lead the integration of recommendation systems with content governance features, establishing efficient, stable, and scalable governance pipelines.
β’ Work in collaboration with governance and product teams to implement capabilities for content review, risk detection, and policy enforcement systems.
β’ Design and establish rules for content removal, engaging in ongoing adversarial defense, effectiveness assessments, and rule enhancement.
β’ Develop and enhance content governance rule engines to improve configuration, phased rollouts, retrospective analyses, and operational management efficiency.
β’ Provide comprehensive governance solutions addressing spam, traffic diversion, low-quality content, black/gray market activities, fraud, and subpar shilling.
β’ Proficient in Java or Go, with strong engineering design and system development capabilities.
β’ Familiarity with distributed systems, microservice architectures, message queues, caching mechanisms, and relational databases.
β’ Knowledge of content governance workflows, encompassing content review, risk detection, policy enforcement, and effectiveness evaluation.
β’ Experience with rule engines or policy platforms, capable of translating governance requirements into configurable and extensible system functionalities.
β’ Understanding of prevalent issues in content platform ecosystems and governance strategies, coupled with risk awareness and adversarial thinking.
β’ Strong communication skills across teams, enabling effective collaboration with product, operations, algorithm, and business units.
β’ Previous experience with recommendation systems, recommendation engineering, or content distribution systems.
β’ Background in content safety, anti-fraud measures, risk management, or adversarial defense against black/gray market activities.
β’ Experience in building large-scale content governance platforms, rule engines, or policy operations systems.
β’ Familiarity with the application of machine learning models to content review, risk detection, or recommendation governance.
