Content – Field Marketing Manager

β€’ Drive focused awareness through impactful content, campaigns, and programs.

β€’ Collaborate with Product Marketing, BDR, and Sales to develop and disseminate content that enhances sales outreach and pipeline development.

β€’ Implement growth channels such as the website, social media, webinars, events, and outbound support.

β€’ Craft and distribute content across the website, blog, social media, email, and various campaigns.

β€’ Convert positioning, messaging, and proof points into content centered around demand generation.

β€’ Adapt narratives, launches, and customer stories into assets suited for specific channels.

β€’ Maintain a repository of proof points, customer testimonials, and product statistics.

β€’ Utilize case studies, testimonials, and proof points throughout campaigns, website content, sales support, and outbound initiatives.

β€’ Collaborate with Customer Success to secure customer consent for data usage, testimonials, public logo visibility, and partnerships.

β€’ Identify significant webinar and event opportunities in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

β€’ Oversee both virtual and in-person speaking strategies and execution, including topic development, promotion, speaker selection and preparation, follow-up, and post-event evaluation.

β€’ Establish a thought leadership schedule, which includes sourcing topics and drafting or ghostwriting content for executives and subject-matter experts.

β€’ Execute focused digital programs for specific accounts, segments, or use cases.

β€’ Provide support to BDR and New Logo representatives with relevant outbound content, messaging, and campaign materials.

β€’ Develop and manage a targeted, personalized outreach strategy.

β€’ Take ownership of LinkedIn as the primary social platform and establish a content schedule.

β€’ Monitor performance across content, campaigns, webinars, and events.

β€’ Evaluate engagement, pipeline, and conversion metrics to optimize content, channels, and campaigns.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a similar position.

β€’ Experience in marketing to executive buyers in the Healthcare, Insurance, or Higher Education sectors is advantageous, though not mandatory.

β€’ Proven experience executing targeted or ABM-style campaigns within a B2B setting.

β€’ Strong skills in content creation, encompassing writing, editing, and adapting content for various channels.

β€’ Experience in conducting webinars, virtual events, or field marketing initiatives.

β€’ Experience working alongside sales or BDR teams to bolster outbound efforts.

β€’ A data-driven mindset with a history of tracking and enhancing marketing performance.
