This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and enhance content strategies across organic search, AI-driven search experiences, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to produce high-quality content that establishes brand authority, boosts discoverability, and aligns with business goals.
• Report directly to the Director of Content Marketing.
• Work in partnership with teams across SEO, Paid Media, Social, Digital PR, Creative, and Analytics.
• Design comprehensive AI-powered content production workflows encompassing research, ideation, strategy contributions, briefing, drafting, optimization, editing, quality assurance, repurposing, and delivery.
• Oversee content creation for approximately 1 to 6 clients across diverse industries.
• Craft and refine website and landing page copy, articles, thought leadership pieces, campaign concepts, emails, social media content, paid media, scripts, sales enablement materials, and other digital experiences.
• Adhere to client positioning, brand guidelines, tone, voice, terminology, and editorial standards.
• Develop reusable prompt libraries, templates, agents, evaluation criteria, and editorial guidelines.
• Assess AI-generated content for accuracy, originality, relevance, bias, brand consistency, and editorial quality.
• Conduct research, interview subject-matter experts, verify claims, and translate complex information into user-friendly content.
• Identify inefficiencies in the production process and devise practical solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Experiment with emerging AI models and content technologies, establishing responsible best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, editorial, content strategy, or a related creative field.
• A portfolio showcasing strong writing and editing skills across various formats, audiences, brand voices, or industries.
• Exceptional mastery of language, structure, grammar, storytelling, and persuasive communication.
• Proficient understanding of established editorial standards and style guides.
• Strong instincts for fact-checking and quality control.
• Hands-on experience utilizing generative AI throughout the content development process.
• Ability to articulate the prompting, evaluation, editing, and enhancement of AI-assisted work.
• Experience in building and utilizing custom AI assistants, lightweight agents, automated content workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI and LLM-based tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Profound, or similar.
• Experience in developing custom instructions, prompts, workflows, and quality control procedures.
• Working knowledge of analytics, SEO, keyword research, and social listening tools.
• Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Hootsuite.
• Ability to translate performance metrics and audience insights into improved content.
• Strong grasp of repeatable content workflows, templates, prompt systems, or other tools that enhance quality and production efficiency.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, collaboration, and feedback management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; this position does not qualify for immigration sponsorship.
