This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Acquire content assets; format, schedule, and publish them across designated digital platforms (primarily LinkedIn, along with YouTube, Instagram, and other identified channels).

• Oversee posting calendars to ensure a consistent rhythm and optimal timing across various time zones.

• Adjust content according to platform-specific requirements (such as dimensions, copy length, hashtag strategies, etc.).

• Coordinate postings across multiple channels to enhance reach and engagement.

• Modify and repurpose content assets for various platforms while preserving brand voice and messaging.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media channels promptly.

• Engage genuinely with audience members, nurturing community and fostering relationships.

• Highlight significant conversations or customer inquiries to relevant WorkRight teams.

• Maintain a professional tone and ensure brand consistency in all community interactions.

• Analyze engagement patterns to guide future content decisions.

• Track performance metrics across channels (such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, follower growth, etc.).

• Prepare regular performance reports for WorkRight leadership, showcasing achievements, trends, and opportunities.

• Offer data-driven suggestions for content optimization and channel expansion.

• Identify underperforming content and successful formats to inform future creation efforts.

• Monitor KPIs related to campaign goals and business objectives.

• Take ownership of the execution strategy for assigned channels, making independent decisions regarding posting frequency, content mix, and timing.

• Assess new platforms and recommend expansion opportunities based on audience insights.

• Experiment with new content formats and distribution methods; report findings to leadership.

• Ensure all channels reflect the current WorkRight messaging and brand positioning.

• Collaborate with the Content Writer regarding format and medium preferences based on performance data.

• Work closely with the Content Writer to ensure alignment on asset flow and deadlines.

• Communicate with WorkRight leadership about channel performance, emerging opportunities, and resource requirements.

• Collaborate with other teams (sales, customer success, leadership) regarding content needs or promotional initiatives.

• Assist in promoting webinars, podcasts, and events across social channels.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content distribution, or digital marketing.

• Proven ability to oversee multiple social platforms simultaneously.

• Excellent written communication skills with an understanding of platform-specific voice and tone.

• Capability to create basic graphics or modify templates.

• Experience in community management and audience engagement.

• Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools.

• Data-driven mindset, able to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights.

• Self-motivated and organized; capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

• Familiarity with B2B marketing and/or the compliance/legal industry is a plus.
