Content Designer Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create content for interfaces and various other channels.

• Develop cohesive, consistent, and effective narratives with minimal guidance.

• Assist in outlining the business vision for several products within the tribe.

• Spearhead the discovery process of customer journeys utilizing advanced research methods and exploratory data analysis.

• Have a direct impact on the tribe's roadmap.

• Transform solutions into hypothesis testing.

• Organize and facilitate interactions with stakeholders, ensuring process alignment and visibility.

• Influence strategic decisions within the tribe.

• Drive and validate the success metrics employed.

• Assess initiative prioritization based on outcome KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience, having led a project that has been launched in the market.

• Capable of tackling ambiguous issues without a predefined scope, requiring complex prioritization while balancing deadlines and quality.

• Acts as a reference point for decision-making related to solution specifics.

• Aids the team in resolving problems with unclear scopes and participates in finding solutions.

• Offers suggestions and constructive feedback, sharing technical knowledge within the team.

• Establishes the tactical direction for their domain based on the organization's strategy.

• Defines and facilitates collaborative interactions across the tribe, fostering trust and exercising strong influence.

• Serves as a model for effective communication within the tribe, engaging in active listening, synthesizing information, and promoting diverse ideas.

• Effectively translates and communicates the rationale behind design decisions.

• Cultivates and maintains positive and effective relationships primarily within the tribe.

• Coordinates and facilitates stakeholder interactions.

• Employ generative AI tools, focusing on Claude and Gemini, to enhance, structure, and scale Content Chat / Conversational Design flows and processes.

• Develop, test, and refine advanced prompts to ensure tone of voice, clarity, and efficiency in conversational flows.
