This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and deliver content for digital product features within a cross-functional agile product team.

• Assist in content design and copywriting initiatives for employee- and/or client-facing services.

• Ensure that content adheres to appropriate business terminology and complies with established organizational standards, guidelines, and accessibility requirements.

• Partner with research and design teams to incorporate user-centered content design methodologies.

• Follow and contribute to predefined content design standards and patterns.

• Emphasize content reuse and delivery accelerators to ensure timely product delivery.

• Manage content translation efforts to ensure availability in both official languages, English and French.

• Engage in agile ceremonies and work iteratively to achieve product goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in content design, copywriting, or related transferable skills such as communications, UX writing, or digital content development.

• Capability to produce clear, concise, and user-focused content.

• Experience collaborating within agile or multidisciplinary teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adhere to established standards and guidelines.

• Background in public service or a similar field.

• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.

• Current valid Reliability level Government of Canada security clearance, or a higher level.

• Proficiency in French (both written and verbal) is considered an asset.

• Experience in government, public sector, or social services settings is advantageous.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive content practices is a plus.
