Content Creator – Product Education Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Create educational articles, product guides, explainers, tutorials, and how-to content that covers Bybit products, crypto markets, blockchain, trading, and Web3.

• Articulate complex crypto and trading concepts in clear, practical, and retail-friendly language suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users.

• Communicate product value, functionality, risks, use cases, and user actions effectively.

• Develop or modify lesson content, scripts, quizzes, and supplementary materials in line with course structures and learning objectives.

• Research, draft, revise, and prepare written content to meet publication-ready quality standards.

• Manage assigned content deliverables from initial brief through review and publication, coordinating with stakeholders and identifying risks or dependencies early.

• Script, present, and host both short-form and long-form educational videos; create walkthroughs, demonstrations, and explainer series.

• Collaborate with product and business teams on releases, features, campaigns, and token listings.

• Produce launch explainers, FAQs, walkthroughs, and videos that align with launch schedules and business priorities.

• Transform long-form content into short videos, clips, posts, guides, and social media assets.

• Publish content across designated channels and manage reviews, approvals, and production handoffs with editors, designers, SEO, localization, compliance, and product stakeholders.

• Conduct accuracy and quality assessments and identify outdated, duplicated, or underperforming content.

• Monitor content performance metrics such as reach, watch time, engagement, and activation, sharing insights with the Learn team.

• Utilize and experiment with AI tools for research, scripting, localization, repurposing, voiceovers, animations, walkthroughs, and visual explainers while ensuring accuracy and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in writing educational or explainer content related to crypto, blockchain, trading, or Web3.

• A strong portfolio featuring published articles, guides, or educational written content, as well as examples of on-camera video work.

• Practical experience in scripting, presenting, and hosting educational video content.

• Excellent scripting, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading products, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

• Capability to explain intricate financial and technical topics in simple, engaging language.

• Experience in creating content tailored for retail or beginner audiences.

• Ability to independently produce written content from concept to publication and video content from concept through scripting and presentation.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple deliverables, meet deadlines, and proactively flag risks, dependencies, or timeline changes.

• Comfort in a fast-paced product and market environment.

• Preferred: experience in video editing and comprehensive video production.

• Preferred: experience in creating course content or contributing to structured learning programs.

• Preferred: previous work experience at a crypto exchange, Web3 company, financial platform, media company, or creator channel.

• Preferred: an established audience or presence in the Web3 content ecosystem.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with AI video, voice, animation, or content creation tools.

• Preferred: knowledge of SEO, social media distribution, content analytics, and audience growth.

• Preferred: understanding of financial markets, derivatives, macroeconomics, or traditional finance.

• Preferred: experience in creating localized or multilingual content.
