📋 Description

• Create compliance-mapping content as a deliverable that meets production standards.

• Implement regulatory frameworks in a specific technical context.

• Convert regulatory requirements into practical design constraints.

• Work closely with a technical architect.

• Develop version-controlled templates and ensure traceability of compliance decisions.

• Articulate technical or regulatory work clearly in written form.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience with a proven history in AI compliance and governance.

• Capable of independently producing their section of the artifact to meet production standards; the compliance-mapping component is a deliverable, not merely a legal opinion for someone else to execute.

• Established public record of clearly explaining technical or regulatory work in writing.

• Strong documentation skills, including version-controlled templates and traceability for all compliance decisions.

• Proficient written English, as it is the medium of instruction for the program.

• Experience applying actual regulatory frameworks to specific technical cases, rather than solely possessing abstract legal knowledge.

• Ability to collaborate directly with a technical architect and translate regulatory requirements into actionable design constraints.

• Familiarity with the EU AI Act, MX LFPDPPP-2025, BR LGPD and Bill 2338/2023, CO CONPES 4144, or a comparable set that includes the EU AI Act along with at least two Latin American regulations.
