Content and Tech Coordinator – Seasonal Tour Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Prepare all video equipment ahead of events.

• Lead or assist with media setup and resolve technical issues prior to or during events.

• Supervise livestream and social wall operations.

• Ensure that production elements are in accordance with OneBeat brand standards.

• Create original social media content utilizing event photos and videos, including TikToks and Instagram Reels.

• Capture and edit event recap videos to meet OneBeat quality standards.

• Make revisions to event recap video edits post-events as needed.

• Manage and organize media submitted by Videographers.

• Select and upload exceptional Photographer photos for the Social Media Coordinator.

• Step in to assist with Photographer or Videographer duties when necessary.

• Dismantle and properly store video equipment following events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Capability to work long event days (8–16 hours).

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Capacity to lift 30–50 lbs (event equipment, merchandise bins, staging materials).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in the event dance industry is preferred but not mandatory.

• Willingness to work weekends (Thursday–Monday) and travel from January to June.

• Comfortable operating in loud, dynamic, and fast-paced environments.

• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing event requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED (required).

• Proficient knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Basic understanding of shot composition, framing, and color balance.
