Content and Social Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee content for Polen and its various business units.

• Oversee the editorial calendar and manage publications across multiple platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Handle social media interactions, addressing direct messages and comments as needed.

• Coordinate creative tasks and approvals in partnership with the Design & Visual team.

• Work with internal teams to manage the content pipeline and gather technical references.

• Track performance, mentions, and emerging trends.

• Transform long-form content into shorter formats suitable for social media.

• Enhance content distribution across various channels.

• Follow up on content deliverables from leadership.

• Oversee the website's content section, including articles and resources, with assistance from the writing vendor for blog posts.

• Create gated content, newsletters, and copy for nurture workflows.

• Enhance the inbound strategy by ensuring consistent publishing, producing high-quality content, and monitoring the results of each channel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience managing corporate social media accounts, including editorial calendars, publishing, and monitoring.

• Experience coordinating third-party content production providers, such as freelancers, agencies, or internal design teams.

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.

• Knowledge of HubSpot marketing and content features.

• Understanding of SEO and GEO principles.

• Proficient writing skills for light copy, including newsletters and nurture emails.
