This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development of innovative career advancement materials.
• Regularly refresh over 50 existing career subjects based on learner requirements, partner feedback, and organizational goals.
• Create and uphold prompts rooted in instructional design principles that direct Coach’s user engagements.
• Gather, prioritize, and integrate stakeholder insights.
• Manage ad-hoc content demands across various teams.
• Assist in establishing evaluative standards to assess whether Coach provides high-quality, tailored coaching.
• Contribute to the creation of benchmarks that identify and validate quality career coaching in an AI context.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partner Success, and other teams to bring content to fruition.
• Direct content strategy utilizing expert knowledge in career advising.
• Report directly to the Coaching & Learning Expert as an individual contributor.
• Independently assess and modify prompts while adapting curriculum based on feedback.
• Over 3 years of experience as a career advisor, coach, or in a related field, guiding individuals through career exploration, planning, and job searching, preferably with a diverse audience.
• Experience in instructional design or hold a Career Coaching Certification (e.g., CPCC, BCC, GCDF, NCDA certifications, etc.).
• Proven ability to translate coaching or advising expertise into structured written learning content with clear objectives and success measures.
• Experience thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving work environment.
• Knowledge of established career development theories, pedagogical frameworks (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy), skills assessment, and competency-building methods.
• Proficient in clearly articulating curriculum concepts and collaborating effectively across teams.
• Capable of managing and enhancing multiple curriculum projects simultaneously, concentrating on quality and learner outcomes.
• Candidates must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work here.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.
• Preferred: Experience assisting job seekers in securing employment outside the United States.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting job seekers to find roles within trade industries.
