Contact Centre Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Professionally, empathetically, and efficiently manage inbound calls

• Resolve basic technical issues and assist customers in finding solutions

• Accurately identify and address customer needs and concerns

• Spot opportunities for sales and promote or enhance services

• Utilize internal systems for account management and processing customer inquiries

• Clearly articulate products, services, and procedures

• Refer complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager

• Achieve first-call resolution through effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Complete a comprehensive application that includes screening questions and a brief pre-employment assessment

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required

• Strong skills in both written and verbal communication

• Ability to type with accuracy at a minimum of 20 words per minute

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems is essential

• Competence in troubleshooting, resolving conflicts, and following up with customers

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and work independently

• Dependable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic

• Customer-centric attitude: empathetic, patient, and responsive

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting

• Prepared to submit to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada
