Contact Centre Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner

• Resolve basic technical issues and guide customers towards effective solutions

• Accurately understand customer needs and address any issues

• Recognize sales opportunities to upsell or upgrade services

• Utilize internal systems to oversee accounts and fulfill customer requests

• Clearly articulate information about products, services, and procedures

• Refer unresolved or complex inquiries to the relevant team or manager

• Achieve first-call resolution through effective communication and problem-solving

• Represent esteemed brands while providing support in customer service, sales, help desk, and back-office operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Competence in typing at least 20 words per minute with accuracy

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems is essential

• Skills in troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and customer follow-up are necessary

• A customer-first attitude, with empathy, patience, and responsiveness

• Capacity to multitask, maintain organization, and work independently

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are required

• Completion of a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment assessment is mandatory

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting is required

• Must consent to drug screening; this requirement does not apply in Canada
