This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond quickly and professionally to providers and members via inbound/outbound calls, emails, live chat, and various platforms.
• Handle inquiries with empathy, precision, and calmness.
• Listen attentively to questions and concerns, offering clear and accurate information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Elevate complex issues to leadership when necessary.
• Record interactions, feedback, and solutions in the CRM or case management system.
• Provide insights on recurring issues to aid in process enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to coordinate support and appropriately route issues.
• Investigate claims and confirm insurance coverage.
• Address inquiries and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to actively listen, demonstrate empathy, and respond to concerns from members and/or providers with compassion and clarity.
• Capable of multitasking and navigating multiple systems at the same time.
• Availability to work either 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Ability to meet or surpass KPIs, including call quality, handle time, customer satisfaction, and adherence to scripts, quality standards, and scheduled work hours.
