This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to UST clients through inbound Call Center operations.
• Handle and address incoming phone calls for customer support.
• Respond to requests for outbound phone calls.
• Record all calls in ticketing and tracking systems.
• Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information within the specified time frame.
• Serve as the liaison between the claims department and providers.
• Investigate customer claims in primary payor systems.
• Guarantee the highest standard of customer service on every interaction.
• Execute additional duties as assigned or required.
• Report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
• Collaborate across various time zones in a hybrid or remote work setting.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of relevant professional experience in Healthcare claims operations or equivalent experience in a Call Center environment.
• Previous experience in a Health Care Call Center or customer service role.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of covered benefits, coding, reimbursement policies, and contracts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Candidates may need to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check.
