This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and issues via telephone or email.
β’ Investigate and resolve problems and errors, including those associated with fraud support and internet operations.
β’ Acquire comprehensive knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, relevant regulations, systems, and procedures.
β’ Serve as a liaison between customers and various U.S. Bank departments to address more intricate customer or technology challenges.
β’ Fulfill assigned shifts between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM CT.
β’ Work weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday every other weekend, with a flexible weekday off.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Generally, a minimum of 18 months of customer service or related experience.
β’ Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
β’ Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, using search tools to locate information.
β’ Demonstrated time management skills and capability to multitask effectively.
β’ Experience in positively engaging with dissatisfied customers.
β’ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly, articulately, and accurately while maintaining a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies.
β’ Competent in computer navigation across various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Applicants must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as related workplace conduct and safety policies.
β’ Shifts commencing at 12:30 PM local time or later are eligible for a 10% shift differential.
