Consumer Sales Graduate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in authentic Sales roles.

• Take charge of both individual and team projects addressing genuine business challenges.

• Gain knowledge through job shadowing and practical experience.

• Experience rotations into various business segments.

• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.

• Gain insights into the business from the ground up: visits to Manufacturing plants, Sales Offices, Technical Centers, and Headquarters.

• Participate in customer visits and various business activities.

• Receive training in product, market, and business intelligence.

• Get exposure to strategic decision-making at a European level.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have recently earned a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in areas such as: Economics, Business Administration, Management Finance, Accounting, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Data, or similar), Marketing, Sales, or other business-related disciplines (Other backgrounds with significant business or analytical exposure are also encouraged to apply.)

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Data awareness and an analytical mindset (comfortable working with numbers and insights).

• Proficiency in AI and a curiosity about digital tools that facilitate sales and decision-making.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• A performance-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve results.

• A customer-oriented approach and an interest in understanding client needs.

• Fluent in English – C1 level.

• Proficiency in the local language (C1) is required based on the hiring country.

• A valid driving license.
