This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Establish Link's consumer positioning and messaging: Create and continually refine Link's essential value proposition and messaging framework aimed at consumers.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches: Manage the comprehensive GTM strategy for new Link features and consumer experiences.
• Shape the product roadmap: Act as the consumer's voice in product planning.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing: Partner closely with the Brand Marketing team.
• Drive consumer research and insights: Commission and synthesize user research alongside market data.
• Define and monitor consumer growth metrics: Establish KPIs throughout the consumer marketing funnel.
• Influence senior leadership: Clearly communicate product strategy and marketing outcomes to Stripe leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years focused on B2C products.
• A proven history of developing consumer positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for large-scale consumer products.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities; adept at synthesizing consumer insights, market data, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration across product, brand, creative, and analytics teams.
