This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Acquisition and maintenance of new and active clients.
• Comprehensive account management: addressing inquiries, handling PQR, and monitoring indicators.
• Achievement of a tiered monthly budget (initially $50M → $100M → $150M).
• Commercial tracking through CRM.
• Training clients on system usage.
• Collection of accounts receivable and post-sale support.
• Preparation of reports: accounts, commercial management, and progress against budget.
• Negotiation of contractual terms (with management validation).
• Assistance with administrative processes and invoicing.
• Education in a technical career or equivalent schooling.
• Professional experience of 2 years.
• Life insurance (the client covers 50% of the premium).

• Quarterly bonus for meeting monthly targets.
• A day off the following month if the budget is met.
