Consultor(a) META WhatsApp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

📋 Description

• Serve as a consultative advisor for communication strategies utilizing WhatsApp with templates sanctioned by META.

• Validate the formats of messages, structures, buttons, quick replies, and conversational flows.

• Review and assess journeys and flows created in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, and Salesforce Flow.

• Identify functional limitations and conflicts between business needs and META guidelines.

• Suggest technical and functional alternatives that minimize impacts on user experience and campaign performance.

• Support scenarios such as: Excess CTAs or buttons exceeding META allowances, Complex flows with multiple decision points, Messages that fall outside structural or category limits.

• Create, submit, manage, and oversee the template approval process in Meta WhatsApp Manager.

• Ensure adherence to META policies and conventions as well as Salesforce variable and personalization restrictions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with the META WhatsApp Business Platform (WABA).

• Demonstrated experience with Message Templates.

• Strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.

• Familiarity with journey orchestration and automation processes.

• Capability to translate business requirements into solutions that comply with platform limitations.

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and executive audiences.

• Consultative and analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
