This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Assist major clients in the enhancement of their Talent, Performance, and Succession processes.
β’ Serve as a functional reference in the module.
β’ Act as a functional consultant in SuccessFactors Talent Management.
β’ Gather requirements and design processes in collaboration with HR and business areas.
β’ Configure, parameterize, and test the module (and related submodules).
β’ Lead workshops, training sessions, and go-live activities with users.
β’ Create functional documentation and user manuals.
β’ Support corrections, ongoing improvements, and release advancements.
β’ Collaborate with technical teams and other SAP/SuccessFactors modules.
β’ Previous experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant focused on Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Succession, Career, etc.).
β’ Mid-level expertise, with involvement in implementation or rollout projects.
β’ Experience in designing HR processes (performance cycle, succession plans, development).
β’ Ability to lead workshops with business stakeholders.
β’ Intermediate/advanced Spanish proficiency for engagement with clients in Latin America.
β’ Availability to work under a PJ contract and in a remote model.
β’ SAP SuccessFactors certification in Talent modules (preferred).
β’ Experience in multicountry projects or global environments (preferred).
β’ Previous involvement in SAP consulting or HR Tech boutiques (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Learning, Employee Central) (preferred).
β’ 100% remote.
