Consultor SAP HCM Payroll – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide second-level functional support for SAP HCM Payroll.

• Resolve incidents and requirements within SLA agreements.

• Analyze, investigate, and document functional solutions.

• Configure payroll rules and schemas in SAP.

• Conduct unit testing on adjustments and improvements made.

• Develop functional specifications for technical teams (ABAP).

• Participate in change requests and evolutionary enhancements.

• Interact with regional teams and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate as a technical-functional reference within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll in Argentina.

• Advanced knowledge in configuring payroll rules.

• Experience in functional support or SAP HCM implementation projects.

• Familiarity with the PA (Personnel Administration) module.

• Knowledge of post-payroll processes and accounting.

• Experience in creating functional specifications for ABAP.

• Understanding of labor legislation and local payroll processes.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and critical scenarios.

• Self-directed profile with a customer-oriented mindset and teamwork skills.

• Experience in PT (Time Management) and OM (Organizational Management) modules will be valued.
