📋 Description

• Manage travel requests received via phone, email, and other channels.

• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to process bookings and requests.

• Search, book, and confirm flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel services.

• Ensure compliance with the client's travel policies.

• Advise travelers on the best available options.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and customer experience.

• Resolve last-minute issues and changes swiftly and effectively.

• Make independent decisions in emergency situations.

• Extensive knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.

• Experience in corporate travel and VIP customer service.

• Proficiency in booking systems and travel management tools.

• Excellent customer orientation.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Autonomy and decision-making skills.
