This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Support the execution of the strategic account plan, contributing to the sustainable development of relationships with key clients.
• Conduct structured diagnostics with account stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities.
• Identify and develop business opportunities, ensuring disciplined execution and adherence to established goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitive movements, sharing insights with leadership to aid decision-making.
• Manage mid-sized accounts with intermediate complexity by executing structured business plans.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, and/or plastic surgery.
• Proficient in policies, negotiations, and commercial pricing.
• Proactively identify the client's style and behavior, quickly adapting all aspects of the sales approach.
• Provide innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities and address challenges.
• Effectively operate in a matrix environment.
• Lead by example; consistently demonstrate positive behaviors and coaching among peers and management.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English will be valued.
• Willingness to travel: Based in Fortaleza, with trips to the states of Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, and Maranhão.
