This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct active prospecting of companies (B2B)
• Identify and qualify business opportunities
• Schedule sales meetings
• Present HR service solutions in a consultative manner
• Develop and monitor commercial proposals
• Maintain and update CRM/spreadsheet controls
• Track commercial indicators and goals
• Experience in active sales, preferably B2B
• Desirable background in service sales (consulting experience will be a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and discipline for working from home
• Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM, and spreadsheets
