This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify new business opportunities and target companies across various sectors
• Conduct active prospecting through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
• Leverage social media and digital channels for lead generation
• Schedule and lead online meetings with interested companies
• Present commercial proposals and solutions in Recruitment and Selection
• Maintain client relationships and monitor negotiations until closure
• Collaborate with the Recruitment and Selection team to address ongoing demands
• Communicative, persuasive, and proactive profile
• Experience in B2B sales (services, consulting, marketing, or related fields)
• Proficiency with digital tools and social media for prospecting
• Organized approach to tracking negotiations and commercial targets
• Active CNPJ required for contracting
• Cost assistance + commission
• Training and support for activity development
• Collaborative environment focused on results
• Autonomy to develop sales strategies
