Consultor 360 – Data & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison among business areas, account managers, technical leaders, and candidates, assisting in accurately defining the talent requirements for the Data & AI practice.

• Be responsible for candidate management and provide insight in defining profiles.

• Collaborate with account managers, technical leaders, and managers to fully understand the actual needs of each project or client.

• Assist in transforming vague or generic requirements into clear and actionable job descriptions.

• Identify the necessary seniority, consulting capabilities, and cultural fit for each position.

• Conduct initial screening of CVs and profiles received.

• Validate basic technical experience and the coherence of the professional background.

• Conduct initial interviews to validate soft skills and consulting capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in technology recruitment, ideally in consulting or IT service environments.

• Specific experience in Data, Cloud, or AI profiles is preferred.

• Ability to engage in functional conversations about technologies and technical roles.

• English proficiency - B2 level.

• General familiarity with ecosystems such as: AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python and SQL, Generative AI and LLMs, RAG architectures and agents, modern data platforms.

• No hands-on technical profile is required, but the ability to understand contexts and differentiate profiles is essential.

• Strong communication skills and active listening.

• Consulting-oriented mindset.

• Ability to translate business needs into specific profiles.

• Good judgment in evaluating professional and cultural fit.

• Organization and tracking of multiple processes.

• Ability to build trust with both internal clients and candidates.
