Consulting Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Evaluate patients via phone, addressing sleep, pain, and mental health issues, along with their clinical history and treatment eligibility.

• Perform scheduled consultations back-to-back, including initial patient assessments and follow-up appointments.

• Compose clear and precise clinical documentation that adheres to established standards.

• Collaborate with physicians, customer service, and operations teams to ensure patients enjoy a seamless experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current APC as a Registered Nurse recognized by the Nursing Council of New Zealand.

• Valid professional indemnity insurance.

• Over 2 years of clinical experience post-graduation.

• Residing in New Zealand.

• A sincere interest in alternative therapies and an open perspective on their role in managing symptoms.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly over the phone.

• Proficient typing skills while maintaining engagement in conversation.

• Attention to detail in clinical documentation and comfort with adhering to established protocols.

• Capability to independently manage your schedule and maintain focus throughout a full day of consultations.

• Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems.

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote work is highly valued.

• Familiarity with Indici is an advantage.
