Consulting Engineering Technical Leader

📋 Description

• The Technical Leader plays a crucial role within the Customer Experience (CX) team, providing Business Critical Services to our clientele.

• Assisting customers in mitigating risks, fostering innovation, and optimizing their networks to achieve business goals.

• You will serve as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers, aiding them in comprehending their network infrastructure.

• Championing new innovations on behalf of your customers.

• Delivering project design, implementation services, and customer support as part of the Cisco CX Team, specifically for Cisco NCS1k and NCS2k.

• Offering daily support for customers' Optical Networks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Optical networking.

• An undergraduate degree in Telecommunications & Electronics Engineering or related IT fields is advantageous.

• Over 7 years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing Cisco Optical SONET and DWDM networks.

• Familiarity with Cisco's Business Critical Services in Optical networking.

• Experience with CTC (Cisco Transport Controller) and EPNM (Evolved Programmable Network Manager).

• Proficient in NCS1k, NCS2k, NCS4k, and IOS-XR technologies.

• Willingness to travel (10%).
