Consulting Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Managing and expanding a portfolio of key client accounts to enhance revenue, profitability, and sustained client value.

• Establishing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor at the C-suite level.

• Recognizing and developing growth opportunities, transforming client requirements into significant transformation initiatives.

• Leading consulting-led projects in areas such as strategy implementation, operational model design, and organizational change.

• Spearheading business development efforts, including crafting proposals, determining pricing, and designing solutions.

• Providing senior oversight across multiple projects to ensure excellence in delivery and optimal client outcomes.

• Leading and nurturing high-performing consulting and delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess substantial experience in a senior consulting leadership position (e.g., Consulting Director, Delivery Director, Programme Director, or equivalent).

• Have a robust consulting background with experience in shaping and executing large-scale business transformation initiatives.

• Experience working with non-Private Equity (non-PE) clients across a variety of sectors.

• Demonstrate a solid track record of expanding client accounts and nurturing long-term partnerships.

• Exhibit commercial acumen, particularly in proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and pricing strategies.

• Possess experience in engaging and influencing executive and C-suite stakeholders.

• Bring strong people leadership skills, with the capability to mentor and develop senior consulting professionals.
