This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop clear and modular enablement resources tailored for both sales and technical audiences.
• Enhance the methods of creating and delivering enablement materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable toolkits, learning pathways, and reusable training resources for partner-facing sales and technical teams.
• Generate clear, audience-specific content that aids partner-facing teams in effectively conveying value, positioning, and technical concepts.
• Offer coaching, guidance, and reusable materials that empower internal teams to provide consistent, high-quality partner enablement at scale.
• Identify and implement practical tools, including AI-enhanced capabilities, to enhance content creation, planning, enablement quality, and delivery efficiency.
• Maintain a well-organized library of enablement assets, refresh content as business needs change, and leverage adoption, feedback, and outcomes to continually improve materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or a related discipline; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
• 5–8 years of experience in creating sales, technical, or instructional enablement content for complex communications, networking, technology, or managed service offerings.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI-enhanced and digital tools to produce enablement assets, increase productivity, and facilitate adoption.
• Strong knowledge of optical networking, communications services, managed services, or partner-led technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex technical solutions into clear, modular enablement assets, backed by strong content design, writing, and curriculum-development skills.
• Experience in a train-the-trainer, instructional design, or enablement-coaching role.
• Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and execute multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
